I work in JP Morgan Chase which is an interest based bank providing finance to its customers in America. I work in its Mumbai call center as technology Manager providing technology support to its employees who in turn work to service their customers. I would like to know if it is permissible to do this job as per Islam and also provide guidance.

If you only provide technology support and do not support directly in taking and giving interest, writing or bearing witness to it then this job is lawful and income earned by it shall be halal.
