If during the night the penis gets erected and remains for a long time later results in dropping of madhi but in little greater amount. So does ghusl become wajib or it only results in breaking of wudhu? Please reply soon.

If madhi was discharged in the state of awakening then only wudhu is wajib not ghusl. But if it happens in dream and it is doubtful whether it is madhi or mani, then it is wajib to perform ghusl though he remembers ihtilam or not.
