I am very tensed due to my problem, whenever something bad comes in my mind some drops of liquid which is called madhi comes out, sometime during erection and sometime without erection, and sometime it does not comes out at the moment when I am sexually aroused but when I go for urination and after the urine some drops comes out, kindly tell me that how can I purify myself, I have to take ghusl or just wudhu is sufficient.

The drop which comes after urination is wadi. Madhi and wadi do not make ghusl wajib, it is sufficient to wash the wetness and make wudhu.
