What is the meaning of putting one’s hands above navel during salah?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
So far I know after Takbir Tahrimah man needs to cross his arms below the navel but women to put their hands on their chest, keeping right over the left. If man deliberately crosses his arms above his navel after Takbir Tahrimah will his payer be in order?

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

(Fatwa: 394/346/L=4/1439)

It is sunnah to keep the hand below the navel in salah. However, if someone placed his hands above navel then too his salah shall be valid.
