With due respect I want to ask you that I want to study abroad for my higher study just now my father is not in a condition to pay for me so should I can take loan from bank or not?

In case of taking loan from bank one has to pay interest, whereas the hadith curses those who take interest or give it. Hence one should avoid taking interest based loan for higher education.
