Can me and my wife stay together if I said “talaq” twice, not three times, to affright her?

I have got married one year before everything was going right but suddenly me and my wife start fights together. One day we were miffing together and the thing gone such that I have got angry a lot. I decided to affright her. I know one thing about talaq that if I say three times talaq then it will happen but by saying 2 or 1 time it will not happen if the husband and wife get agree. But I was unknown that by saying I give you talaq or I am giving you talaq when you just want to affright her talaq will happen. I tried to affright her and I said that (By doing acting same as T.V. serial I was totally unknown that by saying I give you talaq it will happen. I only want to affright her I do not want to give talaq to her. I was just acting like a T.V. serial.) I give you talaq. She did not get agree. I replied I am giving you talaq. But she did not get agree. So I said her two times talaq-talaq not three times. Because I know only that after some time we will get agree. Then my talaq will held? If yes then will say it will all happen by mistake or by fault when namaz and Ramadan also allow fault by mistake then why not in talaq. Me and my wife do not want left each other. We do not want to do halalah because we have personal problems.
