Where I am staying there is only one mosque (Islamic Centre) where some time Shafi’i Imam lead the prayer. In Ramadan they pray 8 rakahs of tarawih and then witr. I follow Shafi’i Imam for fardh salah and 8 rakahs of tarawih. Remaining 12 rakahs of tarawih I pray at home and then witr. (1) Do you have any opinion in this situation? Is it OK if I pray 8 rakahs of tarawih with Shafi’i Imam and then pray remaining 12 rakahs alone at home?
(2) Is it ok to pray witr after 8 rakahs of tarawih with Shafi’i imam to get benefit of jamah and then pray remaining 12 rakahs of tarawih at home?
(3) Shafi’i Imam recites Quran by seeing in cell phone (digital Quran) in tarawih. How should I follow with this Imam for tarawih? Shall I just pray fardh salah (Isha) with this Imam and pray all 20 rakahs of tarawih at home alone or keep following 8 rakahs with this Imam and remaining 12 rakahs at home.
Please advice in the light of Quran, Hadith and Sunnah.

(Fatwa: 1260/1018/H=09/1435)
(1, 2, & 3) When the imam recites the holy Quran in tarawih by seeing in the mobile then you should not offer even eight rakahs tarawih behind him. Just offer fardh salah and offer complete 20 rakahs and witr at home.
