Is this Sunnah or Bida’h to recite these prayers before sleep?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
Is this Sunnah or Bida’h to read the following at night before sleep or not:
1. Durood – 10 times,
2. Alhamdu Sharif – 5 times,
3. Third Kalimah – 10 times,
4. Astaghfar – 10 times and in addition,
5. 1st Kalimah – 10 times,
Question: (2) Can one recite tasbih or wazifah while he is lying down in the bed or masjid or elsewhere with the legs stretched out straight or he has to fold his legs and read. And even if someone reads this is there any harm.
Please also give me any amal to do or any wazifah for barakah in the house and income.

(1) It is not proved from hadith to read these wirds; hence they are not sunnah. So if they are not recited by considering necessary then it is not bida’h, you may read them. Instead of the ones mentioned above, if you read the following dua before going to bed then it is better:
اللهم باسمك اموت و احي one time,
Ayatal Kursi one time,
From آمن الرسول to the end of the Surah Al-Baqarah one time
and Tasbih Fatimah.
3-3 times and blow on your hands each time and pass your hands over your whole body.
25 times. It is sunnah to read these duas as they are proved from the holy Prophet Muhammad You shall receive more reward in it.
