Is there any significance to taking extra care to not plan a marriage in the month of Muharram?

Please tell me whether marriage can be fixed in the Month of Muhrram or it cannot be fixed. Please, reply.

Yes, you can fix marriage in the month of Muharram as well. There is no wrong in marrying in Muharram.
