My question is for festival “KUNDAE” which is spread in Islami society please give me reason it is in Islamic festival or not.

The custom of kunda is baseless and innovation (bid’ah) which is forbidden as per the Ahl Sunnah al Jamah. It is not an Islami festival and it should be avoided.
