What is the meaning of the name “Nafe”?

If I reached in jama prayer in 2nd raka I have to recite sana (Subahankallahuma bihamdika?????) with my niyat or I have to recite when imam finish rakat and I stand up for one rakat which I missed?

In case of joining the second rak?ah, you should not recite sana (سبحانک اللھم بحمدک ۔۔۔), rather you should recite it when you stand up for making up the missed rak?ah.
