1. Why (and how much) is it important to follow a certain Imam (amongst the four big imams)?
2. What if some of their rulings just don’t make sense? E.g. on performing salat for women, imam Hanfi’s way doesn’t make sense to me.
3. Why can’t we use our own judgement after reading the reasoning of all four?
4. If we do follow one, how do we decide which one to follow?
