Q: If a man touches a woman with lust and desire is he allowed to get married to her mother or daughter?
A:No he is not allowed to get married to her mother or daughter. However if he ejaculated while touching this woman then he will be allowed to get married to her mother or daughter. (Raddul Muhtaar)
