Q: If a person is not working but has some savings and is receiving benefit is she still required to do Qurbani?
A: If a person has the financial means (the Nisaab which makes Sadaqatul Fitr compulsory) at the time of Qurbani, then Qurbani will be compulsory on that person. (Kitabul Udhiyyah P10)
