Q: Is red wine vinegar halal or haram? Some say it is and some not. Please clarify.
A: Red wine vinegar is Halaal. Vinegar has a tendency to exert is characteristics over wine when the latter is added to it. Red wine vinegar is made from red wine, but after its manufacture, the wine content is converted to vinegar. And Allah Ta’ala knows best
