Q: I am in Pakistan at present. When I go to SA can I bring my sister with me to Pakistan and let her return to SA with another female companion? She is in full hijab and is a widow of 60 years of age.
A. It is not permissible for even a 60 year old widow to travel without a Mahram. The Hadeeth that prohibits this makes no exceptions.
