Q: Can I get married without my parents consent but with my brother as the one to give me away?

A. It will be permissible for you to marry immediately without telling your parents and without their consent. Your Nikah will be valid. However, it is your moral obligation to take their consent for the marriage. A marriage without their consent and approval can be void of Barakah and blessings. It is not advisable to marry without their consent.
