Q: Is Reiki treament allowed in Islam?
A. The Reiki treatment is three dimensional; physical, mental and spiritual. Shari’ah does not accept any type of spirituality except that which is from Qur’aan and Sunnah. Because of the spiritual dimension of Reiki, it will not be permissible to undergo this type of treatment.
