The ruling regarding bank job is that if one has to write, read and calculate interest based dealings then this job is not lawful; because it is an act of sin or helping in sin. If the job does not involve interest directly or indirectly, then it is allowable, but it is better to avoid it. You should apply your job on the said principles and see how much the said job is right for you.
