Q: My wife is a house wife and she has gold jewellery. We are both sahib e nisab. I can give only one qurbani. By which name should I give the qurbani: my name or my wife’s name?
A. Since you both are sahib-e-nisaab, Qurbani will be Waajib on both of you. You should make your own Qurbani and your wife should make her own. You must not make Qurbani in your wife’s name.
