Q: Does passing wind whilst making ghusl invalidate the ghusl and require the person to start making the ghusl afresh?

A: Passing wind during ghusl does not invalidate the ghusl. The ghusl remains valid. However, this will break the wudhu and one shall have to repeat the wudhu.
