If a person goes abroad and returns after 8 years and in between he does not have phone or any media contact between them and now he came back and he is with his wife, is this relationship halal? Can he continue his married life or he should do remarriage with her again? Please reply soon with a Hadith.

If during this period the husband has not given any talaq then their nikah is still intact. Both can live with each other as husband and wife without renewal of nikah, there is no place for doubt.
