Answer

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

You did not mention how you manage to get so far involved in such a situation because once you become so preoccupied with intimacy you aggravate your own thoughts. It is essentially bringing a difficult situation upon yourself and then trying to extract yourself from it.

The Quran orders us to keep away from all avenues that would put a person in a situation like that, such as places where you could meet with women and be alone with them:

وَلا تَقْرَبُوا الزِّنَا إِنَّهُ كَانَ فَاحِشَةً وَسَاءَ سَبِيلا

And do not approach unlawful sexual intercourse. Indeed, it is ever an immorality and is evil as a way.

(Surah Al-‘Isrā’, 32)

Ahmad Shawki, the famed poet has succinctly described the end result of such intermingling with non-mahrams in the following couplet:

نـظـرة فابتسامة فسلام … فـكـلام فـمـوعد فـلـقـاء

A look, a smile then a greeting                                                                                                     A word, a promise then a meeting

Mufti Ebrahim Desai (daamat barakaatuhu) has mentioned very effective tips in his talks about avoiding the traps of shaytaan.
