How may I overcome my problems?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Askimam.org

I have a severe mental illness becuase of which i cannot function. I have psychotic depression and i need to visit a psychiatrist to find out if i have bipolar. I have delusions that people are watching me when there is nobody in sight, and people are trying to kill me. I have paranoia and yesterday i went thru a mental breakdown, when i saw a few guys and i thought they were plotting to get me.

I feel dead because i cannot focus on reality, and i cannot understand people. I am not capable of thinking, i cannot judge anything in reality. I know i have all the wrong feelings and at times i feel crazy, and i feel like i cant stay in my body because its torture. Its tough to keep alive. I am not able to function socially anymore. I cannot go to the mosque, because there are alot of people but i try my best to pray at home.

I cant make a decision inside my mind because i am just not capable right now. My questions is regarding my hypersexuality. At times i feel this crazy feeling for love, and i feel i have to have sex. I cannot marry right now for many reasons, like depression, delusions of people trying to get me, paranoia and doubts about everyone betraying me and backstabbing me, i cant get a job right now etc. What can i do? I have no intention of zina, and i know i shouldnt masturbate(i have control for now) becuase it messes my depression further. What can i do?
