How can a husband get pleasure from his wife when she is in her periods, especially when the husband feels a great urge. Can they both wear clothes and can he come on top of her and rub his body part (private part) on hers while having clothes on or is this haraam?
I am newly married and have lot of difficulty .

It is permissible for the husband to derive pleasure from ones wife during periods in the way described by you.
