In hospitals , restauarants , hotels , catering companies we always use a kind of hand sanitizers which contains ALCOHOL , is it halaal or haramm ?

Assalāmu ῾alaykum wa Rahmatullāhi Wabarakātuh
The alcohol used in sanitizers and other chemical related products is not the normal alcohol which is consumed. Therefore, it is permissible to used such products.
