In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Assalaamu `alaykum waRahmatullahi Wabarakatuh

Since Ventolin Inhaler contains medication, it will break the fast.If you get an asthma attack while fasting and no other alternative is available, you may take the Ventolin Inhaler and makeup the fast afterwards.There will not be any kaffārah.
