Assalaamu `alaykum waRahmatullahi Wabarakatuh

We were unable to allocate the narration in reference. However, there are many great rewards in lowering the gaze. Consider the following narrations:

“Guarantee me six things, I will guarantee you paradise: when you speak, do not lie. When you are entrusted, do not deceive. When you promise, do not go against it. Keep your gaze lowered (from that which is forbidden). Do not cause harm by means of your hands. Safeguard your private organs”. (ad-Dur al-Manthoor 5/72)

“No Muslim sees a woman and thereafter lowers his gaze except that Allah Ta’ala will inspire him with such worship whereby he will experience its sweetness in his heart”. (ad-Dur al-Manthoor 5/72)

“Unlawful glances are poisonous spears from the spears of Iblees. Whoever leaves it due to the fear of Allah Ta’ala, Allah Ta’ala will reward him with the sweetness of Iman” (ad-Dur al-Manthoor 5/72)

“Every eye will be crying on the Day of Judgment except that eye which was lowered away from the forbidden things of Allah Ta’ala, and an eye which stood awake in the part of Allah Ta’ala, and an eye which had tear in the fear of Allah Ta’ala”. (ad-Dur al-Manthoor 5/72)

And Allah knows best
