I am confused whether my income is Halal or Not and require your help to move in the right Path
Following is the Scenario that i am currently in
I run my own company providing IT related Services specifically Testing and Supporting Application Softwares.
I get contracts of 3-6 months usually and depending upon the work they get extended.
Currently i am working on a contract with a Bank since past 1 year in their WholeSale Banking Division of Market Risk.
My company’s actual contract is with the Recruitment agency who intern have the contract with the Bank and i get paid by the Recruitment Agency.
I don’t have any direct contract with the bank though i am providing my Services and also this is not a permanent employement.
Can you please guide me whether my income is Halal or not. I am in fear regarding my income for what i have already earned and saved.
Please enlighten according to Sharia of Islam.
