If going to work stops you from praying salaat, does that mean that working (and thus your earnings) become haraam?

It is incumbent for a male to earn an income. He should also make every
effort to perform his Salaat. should he neglect his Salaat due to being at
work, he will be sinful. However, his income will be Halaal.
