If, after u have fulfilled your obligation to your domestic employee by remunerating them with halaal earnings,can u thereafter buy them additional gratuities(like food and clothing) with interest earnings without the intention of gaining sawaab? This is conditional to the employee not having the zakaat nisaab and you already paying them a wage in accordance with the government stipulated regulations. shukran

It is permissible to purchase items with interest monies and give them to one’s domestic employee without the intention of gaining reward.
