Is hugging and kissing with a girl before marriage sin???…. What would be the punishment for it???. How to repent it ??.. Is that punishment applied to her???.

Assalaamu `alaykum waRahmatullahi Wabarakatoh
1. Shari’a has strongly prohibited all forms of relationship with women before marriage. Hugging and kissing a girl before marriage is a form of Zina and also Haraam. Such acts incure the wrath and anger of Allah Ta’ala.
2. The method of sincere repentance is as follows:
·The sin should be stopped immediately
·One should be remorse over the sin
·A firm resolution should be made not to commit the sin in future.(Riyaad Al-Saliheen, pg 11, Dar Al-Salaam)
قال العلماء : التوبة واجبة من كل ذنب ، فإن كانت المعصية بين العبد وبين الله تعالى لا تتعلق بحق آدمي فلها ثلاثة شروط :
أحدها : أن يقلع عن المعصية .
والثاني : أن يندم على فعلها .
والثالث : أن يعزم أن لا يعود إليها أبدا . فإن فقد أحد الثلاثة لم تصح توبته.(رياض الصالحين)
ومنهم من يكون زناه مجازا بالنظر الحرام أو الاستماع إلى الزنا وما يتعلق بتحصيله ، أو بالمس باليد بأن يمس أجنبية بيده ، أو يقبلها ، أو بالمشي بالرجل إلى الزنا ، أو النظر ، أو اللمس ، أو الحديث الحرام مع أجنبية ، ونحو ذلك ، أو بالفكر بالقلب . فكل هذه أنواع من الزنا المجازي ،(شرح النووي)
