Relevant verses from the Qur’an: 6:57, 5:44, 18:26, 6:62, 7:54, 12:39-40 ?It is the ijmaa? of the Ummah that if you dismantle the Shari?ah it makes you a kafir and you should be fought until you return to the Shari?ah.? Explanation of 5:50] ?It is known of Islam by necessity that if you dismantle the Shari?ah it makes you a kafir and such a person is similar to those who implement a part of the Book and reject faith in another part of the Book.?
