Salam
If a person has the nisaab for zakat and they pay the zakat but by the time qurbani time comes they dont have the nisaab for the qurbani do they have to do the qurbani or not. Please give evidence from the Quran and hadith

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
Brother in Islam.
Qurbani is only waajib upon an individual possessing the Nisaab on the days of Eid-ul-Adhaa. (10th 11th and 12th of Dhul Hijjah).[i]
A person does not possess the minimum Nisaab of zakat on the 10th 11th and 12th of Dhul Hijjah, then Qurbani will not be Waajib upon him.

والأضحى واجب على كل مقيم من أهل الأمصار وغيرهم إذا كان موسراً.

قال (الأضحية واجبة على كل حر مسلم مقيم موسر في يوم الأضحى عن نفسه وعن ولده الصغار) أما الوجوب فقول أبي حنيفة ومحمد وزفر والحسن
