Answer

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuhu.

The statement, “Mai tuje talaaq doonga” means, “I will give you divorce”. This refers to an intention to give divorce in the future. This statement does not constitute divorce.

In future, we advise you to apply wisdom and diplomacy in correcting the wife. It is unwise and inappropriate for you to threaten your wife with divorce, in order to correct her[1].
