Respected Mufti Sahab, suppose someone watches a bad movie and small drops of sticky substance appears in the underpant. He gets excited by watching but the semen does not come out with jerk. Only the sticky substacne is present in the underwear. But when he goes to the bathroom and wants to clean it, he only puts water on that particular area over the sticky substance but the water spreads to a bigger area but the drop doesnt spread but only the water as the cloth is of cotton and so the water spreads therefore he washes that part only and rinses it thrice. So the question is has the underpant become napak due to the spreading of the water to a larger area while rubbing the dirt or not. Is it ok to read namaz and wazifa and touch and read quran after washing the area or the whole underpant has to be washed or has to be removed and a new one should be worn and then namaz etc can be read. Or has gusul has become wajib.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
One should either change the soiled clothing or remove the impurity by washing the soiled area thrice and squeezing the cloth each time before performing salah or reciting the Qur’an.[1]
In the enquired situation, the underpants did not become impure with the spreading of the water as it was washed three times and squeezed.
Ghusl will not be necessary in the enquired situation. [2]
