If “Ghusal” is “fardh” on someone, and he make ghusal in the way that , first take a shower and flow the water on each and every part of body , thek make gharghal 3 times and then clean the nasal by putting water 3 times without having clothes on.
so this ghusal is valid?
Also, after this he if need to pray salah so he need to make “wudu” or he can pray with this ghusal?

As-salaamu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullaahi wa-barakaatuh.
In principle, the requisites for the validity of a fardh ghusl are three: to wash the entire body, to rinse the mouth and to rinse the nostrils[1].
The preferred method of performing ghusl is as follows[2]:
1. Wash your hands
2. Wash your private parts
3. Perform wudhu except for washing the feet
4. Pour water on the entire body thrice
5. Wash your feet
In the enquired situation, the ghusl was valid. The ghusl will suffice for wudhu of salaah.
The wudhu of an unclothed person does not invalidate the wudhu.

(وأما) ركنه فهو إسالة الماء على جميع ما يمكن إسالته عليه من البدن من غير حرج مرة واحدة حتى لو بقيت لمعة لم يصبها الماء لم يجز الغسل، وإن كانت يسيرة لقوله تعالى {وإن كنتم جنبا فاطهروا} [المائدة: 6] ، أي: طهروا أبدانكم، واسم البدن يقع على الظاهر، والباطن فيجب تطهير ما يمكن تطهيره منه بلا حرج، ولهذا وجبت المضمضة، والاستنشاق في الغسل، لأن إيصال الماء إلى داخل الفم، والأنف ممكن بلا حرج

أبو سليمان عن محمد، قال: قلت: أرأيت الرجل إذا أراد أن يغتسل من الجنابة كيف يغتسل؟ قال: يبدأ فيفرغ على يديه الماء فيغسلهما حتى ينقيهما. ثم يفرغ بيمينه على شماله فيغسل فرجه حتى ينقيه. ثم يتوضأ وضوءه للصلاة كما وصفت لك وضوء الصلاة غير رجليه. ثم يفيض الماء على رأسه ولحيته وعلى سائر جسده، فيغسل ذلك كله حتى ينقيه. ثم يتنحى فيغسل قدميه. قلت: أرأيت إن أفاض الماء على رأسه وسائر جسده ثلاثا ثلاثا؟ قال: يجزيه.
المحيط البرهاني في الفقه النعماني (1/ 78)
قال محمد رحمه الله: ويبدأ في غسل الجنابة بيديه، فيغسلهما ثلاثاً ثم يأخذ الإناء بيمينه ويفرغه على شماله حتى يغسل فرجه ثلاثاً وينقيه، وكذلك المرأة إذا اغتسلت بدأت وغسلت فرجها، ثم يتوضأ وضوء الصلاة غير غسل القدمين، ثم يفيض الماء على رأسه وسائر جسده ثلاثاً، ثم يتنحى عن مغتسله فيغسل قدميه؛ فقد أمر بتأخري غسل القدمين في حق الجنب.
