My brother in law was drunk and he had arguement with my sister and then 3 times he said idivorce you but now they are living together what to do

Assalaamu Alaykum Wa Rahmatullaahi Wa Barakaatuhu

According to the Hanafi Madhab, the three divorces given in the state of
intoxication are valid. It is not permissible for them to live together as
husband and wife.
