Is it permisicible for a man who doubts his ability to beget or is partly impotent to marry?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Askimam.org
Answer

According to Shariah, a wife has the right to annull her marriage if her
husband is impotent. The judiciary will grant him one year’s respite for
medical treatment to overcome his impotency. Therefore, a man should not
marry if he is impotent until he undergoes medical treatment and overcomes
the impotency.
