Could you please inform me whether it’s permissible to accept clothes from charity organizations?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Askimam.org

Could you please inform me whether it’s permissible to accept clothes from charity organizations? I think that they gather clothes from all people and then distribute it among needy. So I don’t know: maybe some bank officer or alcohol seller gave these clothes, and I don’t accept it.

Am I right or it’s an incorrect view?

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

It is permissible to take clothes from charity organisations if one is qualified to accept charity, even though they may come from a bank officer or an alcohol seller [1].
