Women, mostly western often question the fact that men would get multiple Hoor in Jannah, whereas they would get only a single husband, and regard this as unfair to women. They know they would be the leader of the Hoor, but still are not satisfied. How do we address this complaint?

My husband says you can make Isha Salaat early before it comes in I disagree with this. Is he correct or is he deviating from the truth. He can’t show me proof. I have always been taught that you do pray at a set time.

I have seen some people performing Salaat in a very strange manner, they spread their legs out as wide as possible and stick their elbows straight out as if they are performing some sort of physical exercise for some kind of sport, is it allowed to spread your legs out totally in Salaat and join your toes with the toes of the people next to you and join your elbow with the elbows of the people next to you?

I had my nikah done about 2 months ago. But I am not sure if it was done right according to Islam. I live in Toronto Canada and my wife lives in Pakistan. I appointed someone to represent me in Pakistan and that individual signed the nikahnama for me. I also sent a written proposal for nikah to my representative as well before the nikah. On the day of nikah I called in and Qazi asked me if I accept the wife. I agreed and we had a khutba. Is it valid from Islamic point of view or do I Need to do nikah again once my wife comes over to Canada. Please advise.

I know that tasmia “BISMILLA-HIRRAHMA-NIRRAHEEM” is not a part of any surah of the Holy Quran except surah Namal and also that it is a mustaqil ayah of Quraan-e-majeed, and it is present in between two suras to differentiate between them. So we have “BISMILLA-HIRRAHMA-NIRRAHEEM” written in the beginning of every surah (113 suras altogether) of the Holy Quran (except surah Tauba), my question is, is the ayah “BISMILLA-HIRRAHMA-NIRRAHEEM” revealed 113 times or is it revealed just one time and the sahaaba added it in the beginning of every surah to differentiate between them. I was reading the tafseer Maariful Quran , on page 20 it says that in the first rakaah of the salaah it is a wajib to recite tasmia “BISMILLA-HIRRAHMA-NIRRAHEEM” after taawwuz (AOOZUBILLAHI MINASHSHAITAA-NIRRAGEEM), I was unable to understand this so could you please explain why it is a wajib to recite tasmia. Whatever Allah (SWT) commands in the Holy Quran it becomes a fard automatically , so according to this, is saying AOOZUBILLAHI MINASHSHAITAA-NIRRAGEEM before reciting the Holy Quran a fard because Allah (SWT) commands so.

I understand that one should not obey their parents if they say to trim the beard under a fist because it is wajib to have the beard. However, what if they tell you not to do things that are sunnah, i.e.: don’t wear kuffi, don’t wear Islamic clothing, etc?
