Assalam o Alaikum!
I want to ask that can we read wazeefah for others’ help? Like if somebody asks us to pray for him then can we offer Salaahul Hajaat as a wazeefah for them, sincerely?
Also I want to read this dua in wazeefa for victory and success of my friends – اللهم انت عضيضنا وانت نصيرنا و انت حسبنا و نعمل وكيل – how much will be the amount to be read on tasbeeh and what time will be good for it? May Alllah bless you!

Yes we can, however it would be more beneficial if they themselves prayed it because their feelings would be much stronger, and this would be more effective in attracting the mercy of Allah,
For the Wazeefa mentioned – 300 times will be enough however if need is great and strong, 1000 times. The wazeefa should be read after Fajr or after Asr.
