Classical Hanafi Fiqh Manual into English?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Qibla.com

Answered by Shaykh Faraz Rabbani

Currently, is there any scholarly, comprehensive translation of a classical Hanafi fiqh manual into English in progress? If so, when might this be published? It is indeed frustrating to find that there is so little hanafi fiqh literature available in English.

Answer:
In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Walaikum assalam,

There is a translation of Ala’ al-Din Abidin’s Gifts of Guidance: A Complete Hanafi Manual” (al-Hadiyya al-`Ala’iyya) in progress. (Fiqh of worship, halal & haram, and aqida, with addendums on marriage, commerce, and good character)

Needs 15 months to 2 years, and a lot of duas.

Wassalam,
Faraz Rabbani.
