Three talaq mughallazah (irrevocable talaqs) took place by saying thrice “I am giving you talaq”. Now you cannot re-marry her without a valid halalah. Its method is that after the said talaq, her iddah shall be complete after passing of three menstruation period. And if she is pregnant then her iddah shall be over after she gives birth. Once the iddah is over, she would marry to someone else and both will have intercourse. Now, if the second husband gives her talaq or dies, then she shall complete her iddah again (the iddah of death is four months and ten days, and the iddah of a pregnant woman giving birth and the iddah of a non-pregnant woman is three menstruation period). After completing the iddah, she has full right to do her nikah. At that time if she wishes she can marry you and it shall be lawful.
