Can a Woman in Haidh Go Inside the Courtyard of the Haram?

Question:

Can a woman in haidh go inside the courtyard of the haram?

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Answer:

A menstruating woman cannot enter any part of the Sacred Precinct (Haram) but can enter the outer courtyards of the Haram as they are not considered part of the Masjid. The grounds between Safa and Marwah, where the Sa’eeis performed, are not within the boundaries of the Haram either, therefore she can enter this area whilst in haydh or nifas.

Only Allah knows best
