Assalamualaikum im working in HDFC backend team. not directly with bank. 1. My job profile is i have to call callcenter AGENTS(credit card branch) and have to judge the agent level of satisfying customer needs. 2. Calling up customer regarding any suggestions and feedback about our service of credit cards. 3. and even asking customers to take any offer which comes with credit cards.Assesting and helping customers. i have heard of that working with bank is haram? whereas i work in backend team and i dont deal with any interest based or loan part. Kindly please help me to know that my job profile is aLLOWED?am very worried about that?

If you are not related to the interest-based job, rather you have to contact credit card branch instead of bank and advise the customers, and the credit card does not necessarily involve interest based dealing, then the ruling of haram will not be applicable on your job and your income.
