asslam alykum My younger brother was died before three month but his wife has left our home after 30 days to her mother hometown on groud ofmedical basis which was not searious whether shehad done a sin of disobedient of god?

Yes, if she left the house of husband before completing iddah without any demanding situation then she violated the commandment of Allah; she should come back again to her husband’s house and spend the remaining days.
Note: She has to spend four months in iddah, provided she is not pregnant.
