Is it allowed in Islam to read and write children’s stories ?
In the name of Allah, the Most Beneficent and the Most Merciful
Stories could be written, read and passed on to others for reading provided they comprise contents which are beneficent in training and upbringing of children; based on truth; bearing advice on proper etiquette, behavior and health, and also it is undoubtedly correct and permissible.
