Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
Assalamu Alaikum wa RAhmatullahi wa Barakatuhu Respected Ulama I will like to know the answers to the following questions in the light of the Shariah. 1. Is it permissible for Muslim women to come on Air (Radio) and speak in sweet tones? Ghair Mahram men know their names and listen to them. 2. What do the Ulama say regarding Muslim girls leaving their homes and going to Schools where there is no proper Hijaab System? Male Teachers teach the female students and vice versa. 3. What is the ruling of the Hanafi Math-hab regarding an animal which was slaughtered. However at the time of slaughter Tasmiyah was not recited? 4. If ten animals are slaughtered. however, on three Tasmiyah was not recited. All the carcases has been mixedand one does not know on which three Tasmiyah was not recited. Then, What is the ruling regarding all these ten animals in the light of the Hanafi Math-hab? I will appreciate a response as soon possible.

In the Holy Quran, Allah Ta’ala has enjoined Muslim women not to be soft in speech while talking to non-mahram men. If they happen to talk to non-mahram, they should avoid talking in soft and delicate style which is naturally found in women and attracts a man towards it. Therefore, it is unlawful for a Muslim woman to come on radio and speak in melodious voice. The seriousness of the matter increases when the non-mahram men know the woman personally.

(2) Teaching of male teacher to major and adolescent girls without hijab and vice versa (teaching of female teacher to major and adolescent boys) is not lawful.

(3) If tasmiyah (بسم اللہ اللہ اکبر) was not recited intentionally, it is unlawful to eat it, but in case of forgetting it is allowable to eat.

(4) If all three animals were slaughtered without tasmiyah and they intermingled, it is unlawful to eat the meat of any of the animals.
