Is this true?
Reciting Surah Kafirun four times is equivalent to reciting one Quran.
Answer
Imam Tirmidhi (rahimahullah) has recorded two narrations on the authority of Sayyiduna Anas and Sayyiduna ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Abbas (radiyallahu ‘anhum) which states that reciting Surah Kafirun [once] is equivalent to reciting 1/4 of the Quran.

Therefore it could be deduced from these narrations that reciting Surah Kafirun four times is equivalent to reciting one Quran.
